We’re looking for a visionary Global Head of Sales Operations to lead us through our next stage of scale—toward €500M+ in revenue and global market leadership.
This is not just an operational role—it's a strategic cornerstone at the heart of Esker’s transformation into a unified global sales organization and an innovative go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll be a trusted advisor and hands-on operator, empowering our teams across 15 countries to execute with clarity, consistency, and intelligence.
What You’ll Lead
Process Optimization
- Design and implement a globally unified sales operations framework
- Champion CRM discipline and pipeline integrity across all regions
- Standardize deal desk workflows, approvals, and pipeline reviews
- Drive scalable, repeatable processes that fuel growth and efficiency
Data & Analytics
- Deliver accurate, real-time insights across forecasting, rep productivity & performance
- Collaborate with FP&A on board-level reporting and strategic scenario modeling
- Elevate data visibility and quality through BI tools and Salesforce governance
Market Intelligence
- Transform external market signals into internal priorities
- Pinpoint high-potential verticals and unlock upsell opportunities
- Shape territory design and account targeting with smart data
Beyond Operations
- Own Esker’s global sales tech stack: Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vidyard & more
- Partner across Sales Enablement, Finance, and Executive Leadership
- Guide annual territory, quota, and compensation planning
- Inspire change, alignment, and excellence across a matrixed global team
What You Bring
- 5+ years leading Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS required
- Mastery of CRM and sales tools with a strategic, data-first mindset
- Proven track record driving global process transformation & performance
- MBA preferred; sharp business acumen and influencing skills essential
- Willingness to travel and spend time at Esker HQ in Lyon (~25%)
Salary Range: $200,000+ base plus incentive
