We’re looking for a thoughtful, strategic Global Head of Value Engineering and Enablement to lead us through our next stage of scale—toward €500M+ in revenue and global market leadership.
This role is central to Esker’s go-to-market evolution—bringing together sales enablement, value engineering, and presales to ensure every customer interaction delivers clarity, impact, and measurable value. You’ll be instrumental in driving sales productivity, improving win rates, and accelerating growth across our global footprint.
Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, the Global Head of Value Engineering and Enablement will build high-performing teams, shape global execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to embed scalable, value-based selling practices. This is a strategic leadership opportunity—one that sits at the heart of Esker’s transformation into a unified, intelligent, and aligned sales organization across 15 countries.
What You’ll Lead
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the global vision for value-based selling, sales enablement, and presales effectiveness.
- Drive alignment across regions, verticals, and product lines to ensure consistent messaging and selling approaches.
- Develop and maintain frameworks, playbooks, and processes to scale best practices globally.
Team Management
- Build, lead, organize, and develop the Sales Enablement, Value Engineering, and Presales teams.
- Set objectives, manage resources, and foster skill development to ensure high performance and career progression.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales leadership to drive adoption and effectiveness.
Sales Enablement
- Design, codify, and continuously improve global sales collateral including playbooks, battlecards, case studies, and training content.
- Establish and manage onboarding programs to shorten ramp-up time for new sales hires.
- Select, deploy, and optimize sales productivity tools (CRM, content management, RFP tools, demo tools).
Value Engineering
- Design, codify, and continuously improve global sales collateral including playbooks, battlecards, case studies, and training content.
- Establish and manage onboarding programs to shorten ramp-up time for new sales hires.
- Select, deploy, and optimize sales productivity tools (CRM, content management, RFP tools, demo tools).
Presales
- Oversee qualification and response processes for RFPs, pitches, and product demonstrations.
- Manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and ensure smooth hand-off to Professional Services post-sale.
- Liaise with Product Management to relay customer requirements and feedback.
What You Bring
- 12+ years in Sales, Presales, or Value Engineering roles in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in leadership.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling global enablement and value engineering programs.
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in sales productivity and win rates.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred; sharp business acumen and influencing skills essential
- Willingness to travel globally (20-30%)

US Salary Range: $275,000-350,000 total compensation package
